The committee of Avondale Heights Soccer Club Incorporated. Registration No. A0040650X would like to advise its Annual General Meeting will be held on

Tuesday Feb 1st at 7pm. Located at the Nancy Kirchner Center on Doyle Street in Avondale Heights.

Important to Note:

• As per the Clubs constitution only 2021 paying members are eligible to attend.
• Amendment to the constitution passed at the 2016 Annual General Meeting:
  Rule 6.3 where by Proxy voting is not permitted at meetings of the Club. (Therefore a member must be present in order to cast their vote.)
• Players and Coaches are not voting members and are not able to attend the meeting.
