We are delighted to confirm the signing of Aussie international Elise Kellond-Knight.

With over 100 caps for the Matildas and Olympic appearances, Kellond-Knight brings invaluable experience and leadership to our newly promoted VPL Women’s team for the 2025 season.

Known for her precision as a left-footed set-piece specialist, Elise will add flair and composure to our squad.

Having represented Australia on the world’s biggest stages, including multiple World Cups, Kellond-Knight’s international experience adds an exciting new dynamic to our team.

Off the field, her presence will also have a tremendous impact on our junior girls’ program, providing guidance and inspiration to our next generation of Avondale superstars.

We look forward to seeing the influence Elise will have on her teammates as we strive to build on our success in season 2025.
