Avondale FC is excited to announce Jeff Flemming as our new Miniroos technical director and Jonatan Germano as our new Miniroos head coach for the 2020 season!

Jeff and Jonatan will bring a vast variety of knowledge and experience to their new roles, with over 550 senior games played between them.

Jeff has made over 400 appearances in the NPL, spending 14 years with Green Gully before moving to Avondale in 2015. Jeff spent four years as a player at the club before transitioning into a senior coaching role.

Jonatan first signed a professional contract in 2007. He spent time with clubs in Argentina, Croatia and Paraguay, before joining Melbourne Heart in 2011. Jonatan made more than 50 appearances for Heart/City, scoring seven goals during his time there.

The Argentine international joined Avondale in 2016. He has made 82 appearances for the club and scored 30 goals, including a stunning 121st-minute, game-winning free kick in the 2018 semi final vs Bentleigh Greens.
