Avondale Football Club is committed to innovation and progression. In 2022 the Executive committee embarked on creating a new strategic plan that will be released 2023 and guide the future of the club.

The plan is ambitious, yet with all working together it will definitely be achievable. The club wants to be seen as a benchmark for other sporting organisations of our level in the state both on and off the field. With the years that we will be going into, we are also looking to progress our level and reach our ambition of being a professional football club, recognised throughout Australia.

The document will be released on this page and be used as a tool for the club to provide a clear direction over the coming years. This document will be used as a constant reminder of where we are and where we need to get be, whilst also evolving over time as we begin to hit our goals and objectives.
